The Magick of Herbs
Long before I started this blog, I felt myself drawn towards herbal witchcraft. I would spend hours of my day taking long nature walks and spend time foraging for herbs and mushrooms. I felt a connection to the herbs I worked with, and it often felt like holding magic in the palm of my hand.
As part of my healing journey, I surrounded myself with plant spirits. I filled my house with potted plants and wrapped handpicked daisies around my wrist to feel their energy. I’d keep bay leaves in my wallet for abundance and keep pressed botanicals in my pocket for luck. Herbal magick is my everything!
Meet the Teacher…
Growing up, I was a shy, weirdo child who loved life science and writing poetry. I was the girl who wore dresses and caught frogs with the boys.
These days, I’m studying to become a professional herbalist. Most of what I’ve learned is self-taught. I taught myself how to make herbal tinctures, cleaning supplies, first aid kits, and tea blends. The list goes on!
I’ve always been a green witch at heart. With green hearthcraft, I get to take my botanical studies into the home. Everything, from tea witchcraft to working with house spirits, is part of my everyday, mundane life. I’m so glad you could join me! xo
